WHO CAN JOIN THE GLOBAL
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM?

The Global Internship Program is exclusively open to students who have completed the full-time training at Bali Culinary Pastry School and successfully fulfilled a 6-month internship in Bali, whether in a 5-star hotel or a restaurant.

This program is perfect for you if you are:

  • Eager to gain global exposure and hands-on experience in Michelin-star restaurants or luxury 5-star hotels across France, Italy, Hong Kong, and beyond
  • Ready to challenge yourself through a competitive selection audition process
