Founded with Vision

Made Ariani Siswanto, Bsc, Msc(IM), Msc(REI) remained deeply committed to realizing her late father’s long-held dream to create a training center for less privileged youth and school dropouts. In 2016, Ariani turned that vision into reality by founding Bali Culinary Pastry School (BCPS). Her goal was to create an accessible, industry-focused culinary program that nurtures aspiring chefs and pastry professionals.

Recognizing the evolving needs of the industry, BCPS remains committed to excellence by continuously adapting its curriculum to stay relevant and meet industry demands. The school has relaunched its flagship 12-month Professional Chef program.
