Hidangan Pastry Term 1

REFINING PASTRY & BAKERY SKILLS FOR REAL-WORLD SUCCESS

In this term, students focus on refining their pastry and bakery techniques through repeated hands-on practice and precision. Students will learn Global and French bakery, helping them to build consistency and confidence. The term concludes with a final project: “Luncheon”, where students apply their skills in a real-world professional setting.
